- Create a message flow including a Twilio Request node.
- Use an Independent Integration Server, specify the directory of the vault to be used, and provide the credentials.
- Create a Twilio Account using the URL: https://www.twilio.com/console. After logging in take the values for the Account SID and Auth Token.
- After generating the above credentials from the Twilio account in the displayed window, establish the connection between the Request node and App Connect.
- Once the connection is established users can perform actions, such as Make a voice call, retrieve call details, retrieve call details by ID, update call details, retrieve incoming phone numbers and retrieve messages, cancel a scheduled message, redact a message, retrieve the message by ID, send a message by phone number, or send a message via messaging service.
