IBM integration with WebSphere MQ
IBM Integration Bus:
IBM Integration Bus is a lightweight, advanced enterprise service bus (ESB) that provides a broad range of integration capabilities that enable companies to rapidly integrate internal applications and connect to partner applications. Messages from business applications can be transformed, augmented and routed to other business applications. The types and complexity of the integration required will vary by company, application types, and a number of other factors. IBM WebSphere MQ:
IBM WebSphere MQ is a family of network message-oriented middleware products that IBM launched.it is messaging for application. MQ can transport any type of data as messages, it sends messages across networks of diverse Applications and Your application connects to IBM WebSphere MQ to send or receive a message
WebSphere MQ is not provided as part of the IBM Integration Bus installation package, you can install and use WebSphere MQ within the terms of the license. You can install WebSphere MQ at any time.
The following functions require access to system queues on a queue manager that is specified on the integration node:
• Sequence nodes
• Timeout nodes
• Aggregate nodes
• Collector nodes
• Record-Replay capability
• CD nodes
• HTTP Proxy
If you want to use these functions, you must specify a queue manager for the integration node, and then explicitly define a set of MQ objects for that queue manager.
